Job Description

• 6-8 years experience as Application Support Analyst with 4 years working in a 24x7 environment, able to investigate high priority tickets and provide timely updates to Client.
• Positive written and oral communication skills to interact with on-site and client.
• Good knowledge in SQL; project requires scripts to be formed for data fix or utility.
• Good knowledge in AS400 Cobol.
• Open to work in shifts, provide on-call support, willing to work weekends for Product Releases.
