• Provide oversight of vendor-led incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service expectations, including validating root cause analyses and resolution proposals from vendors.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with technical teams and vendors, managing delivery dependencies, timelines, and environment management in collaboration with application and infrastructure vendors.
