Job Description
Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK's services;
- Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments;
- General working knowledge of bioinformatics and sequence analysis methods;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, able to complete training and daily communication;
