Job Description
- L3 production support for Java Spring Boot applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Debug application issues using logs and code.
- Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams and developers.
- Deploy patches and support production releases.
- Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Java Spring Boot – Able to understand and debug the application code.
- Unix/Linux – Strong command-line skills for log analysis, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Oracle Database 19c – SQL queries and basic database troubleshooting.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- WebLogic/JBoss – Application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Apache Web Server – Configuration and log analysis.
