Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom low voltage motor control centers (LVMCC) based on customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans.
Ensure final engineering output meets customer requirements and follows quality processes.
Engage with order problems, provide solutions, and remove obstacles to success at any point in the process.
Maintain high visibility within the business unit and participate in internal projects to improve customer experience and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
Strong technical background with expertise in problem solving techniques.
