Job Description
Job Summary
You will lead the end-to-end management of the Viewpoint (Quantios vPoint) platform, driving application architecture improvements and vendor alignment to ensure optimal performance and solution delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, including enhancements, fixes, and upgrades, to maintain platform reliability
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Viewpoint platform (Quantios vPoint), coordinating communication and issue resolution
- Drive simplification and improvements in application architecture to enhance system efficiency and scalability
- Plan and execute vendor upgrades and align platform roadmap with business objectives
- Evaluate and implement insourcing strategies for software components to optimize development and maintenance
