Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements, drive functional design and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Drive solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and change request or enhancements activities.
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical language – and vice versa.
• Act as Solutions Designer, leading creation of the Solution Plan (SP) and implementation until cutover.
• Work with business users, SMEs, Project Managers and Solution Leads of the involved applications.
• Ensure production issues are monitored and addressed.
• Comply with Globe’s process documents and framework.
• Report and align tasks to supervisor, ES leads and Domain leader.
