JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours with starting time am-am
Travel:
Possible travel for training or customer visits
Candidates must be able to travel between US and Canada
Essential Responsibilities:
· Record customer complaints, analyze problems, obtain additional information from the customer, search the documentation / experience for possible solutions, propose a valid and applicable solution.
· Present to internal and external customers the documentation necessary for the operation and maintenance of the devices. Provide additional information as needed.
· Write diagnostic, assembly and disassembly procedures.
