Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Able to write technical reports, and treatment proposals.
- Master the water Analysis tests; provides input during the initial survey during the commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
- Responsible for providing services and assisting customers with problem-solving support regarding their products/applications/solutions.
- Provide on-site field service and over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
- Conduct site surveys, and product/application/system audits.
- Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant; advises clients regarding the possibility of upgrading and improvements the company can provide.
