About The Role
We are seeking an IT Application development and deployment Specialist to lead and ensure the success of Floor shop control system implementations across North America. In this role, you will manage broad functional areas with limited supervision, combining advanced technical expertise with strategic policy evaluation. You will also provide second-level support and act as a critical liaison between plant IT and corporate IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- A Manager (M3) manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less)
- Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
