Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is beneficial.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or packaged systems.
- Domain exposure in insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong experience with VB.NET or C#, SQL Server, XML, and API-driven development.
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other version control and CI/CD tools.
- Good understanding of application development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills for working with distributed/global teams.
