Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support customers and partners with questions regarding payroll software.
- Guide clients through the entire payroll process, from payroll processing to the SelfβService portal.
- Contribute to active product development by providing qualified feedback.
- Support the rollout of new software releases and conduct comprehensive testing of features.
- Create clear FAQ articles and relevant news updates.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with a Swiss federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) in social insurance or HR, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in a comparable role or payroll position.
- Solid payroll expertise in payroll accounting, social insurances, and withholding tax.
- Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in digital developments.
- Confident communication skills in German; Italian language skills at a minimum B1βB2.
