Application and Database Administration Associate

Responsibilities:

• Application Operations : Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Disaster Response testing documentation and backups within a limited scope.
• Application Incident Response :
  • Utilizes established procedures for remediation of incidents and escalates incidents as needed for additional guidance.
  • Observes the group ticket queue and ensures tickets are assigned to the team.
  • Observes operations alerts/dashboard and ensures it is allocated to the team.
• Application Security, Audit and Compliance :
  • Provides support with carrying out password policies for periodic password changes.
  • Maintains audit history for new user onboarding and terminating user access.
• Application Capacity Review : N/A.
