We are looking for an Advanced Technical Support Specialist to support clients in implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing tracking, APIs, and backend integrations.
This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client communication, focused on ensuring accurate campaign tracking and data flow across platforms.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
