Service Context
The service operates within the Europe shift to ensure continuity of L2 operational activities on the MuleSoft platform. The service contributes to maintaining SLA compliance and platform stability across a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenShift), in coordination with internal and external stakeholders operating in an international context.
Scope of Services (but not limited to)
- Govern and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance
- Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines
- Perform platform analysis and troubleshooting
- Analyze logs and identify the cause of operational issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
