Job Description
Duties:
Responsible for Apartment Management & Guest Services
Maintain a high level of communication with the property owners, keeping them updated on the condition of their rental and any necessary repairs or improvements.
Handle all aspects of guest relations, from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Check inventory
Checking guests in and out
Required to do sales for the apartments
Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping staff, scheduling and managing work assignments to ensure that all units are clean and in good repair.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure that the damage fee is taken upon arrival and damage assessment is done before refunding the guests.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Prepare and distribute accurate monthly financial reports to the property owners.
