Apartment Maintenance Technician – Centennial, CO
Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hr + Monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule: Full-time + on-call rotation

Location: Must live onsite or within 30 minutes of the community

We’re hiring a solid maintenance tech for our apartment community in Centennial near the Park Meadows Mall. If you know your way around service requests, unit turns, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs—and you want steady work with a good team—this could be a fit. We’re also open to candidates with strong training and less hands-on experience if you’ve got the right attitude, show up ready to learn, and want to build a real career in maintenance.
