Role Overview
The APAC Manufacturing Lead is accountable for driving step‑change performance across Haleon’s APAC manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). The role leads the regional manufacturing agenda across Safety, Quality & Compliance, Service, Cost (COGS), Productivity and Stewardship—ensuring resilient supply, strong governance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead APAC manufacturing sites and the regional CMO agenda, ensuring clear governance, performance routines, and accountability.
- Own regional outcomes across safety, quality, GMP compliance, service, financials (COGS), productivity and people priorities; intervene proactively to remove constraints and manage risk.
- Set and deliver the manufacturing strategy for the region in partnership with APAC Quality, EHS/Engineering and Technical leaders, translating strategy into site and CMO execution roadmaps.
