Job Description
NACBA seeks a newly created Head of Legal APAC to lead the region from Singapore, with HK coverage.
As sole APAC counsel, you will shape governance, regulatory strategy, and key contracts such as ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements, NDAs, and trading agreements.
You will handle corporate matters including entity formation, board materials, shareholder agreements, and employment law issues.
