Job Description
ByteDance seeks a Regional Crisis Management team member to support the Asia Pacific region. You will help enhance crisis readiness, assist in training and exercises, and coordinate risk assessments across offices while maintaining rapid response during incidents.
This role requires strong security basics, project and incident management skills, and the ability to write clearly for diverse audiences. On‑site presence five days a week is expected to sustain operations and team coordination.
