General Objective

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within Accounts Payable, managing complex transactions and acting as a key escalation point for the team. This role requires strong judgment, advanced stakeholder interaction, and active involvement in escalated support cases across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• +3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory for senior stakeholder interaction.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Strong experience handling escalations, complex vendors, and stakeholder-driven issues.
• Solid understanding of AP controls, compliance, and end-to-end AP processes.
