Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an AP Payment Processor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base pay rate of $25.00 to $29.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Process high-volume disbursements and ensure timely payment execution.
Void and reissue checks as needed, maintaining accurate records.
Send checks via FedEx and maintain a manual log for tracking purposes.
Record ACH returns in the designated Smartsheet and ensure reissuance.
Assist with daily checkbook reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
