We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized
Accounts Payable Clerk
who will join the accounting team at Control Systems Integrators.
This position is critical for the company as it ensures that all accounts payable transactions are processed effectively, contributing to cash flow and the financial health of the company.
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, validating their compliance with tax regulations in accordance with current laws (CFDI, correct use of taxes, RFC, etc.), and ensuring they match requisitions, purchased orders, or agreed contracts.
Enter invoices into the accounting system or ERP (NetSuite), ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate project, department, or classification.
Record corresponding taxes (recoverable VAT, withheld Income Tax, etc.) and applicable withholdings.
Make timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed term...
