About the Role
As an AO3 Client Services Officer, you'll join a collaborative team supporting prospective and current students throughout their enrolment journey into trade and apprenticeship courses. You'll provide advice on course options, process enrolments and resolve enquiries across a range of channels, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
