Job Description
Rippling is seeking an experienced ANZ Payroll Compliance Specialist to oversee NZ payroll compliance for our Global Payroll product in New Zealand. You will act as the compliance layer between customer payroll preparation and final payroll processing, ensuring adherence to NZ laws and Holidays Act.
You'll review changes, perform manual calculations, and document overrides with audit-ready rationale while partnering with Compliance, Product and Engineering to improve processes and mitigate risk
