Antwerpen Automotive is actively hiring! We are looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Maintenance/Handyman for our busy Automotive Dealership Group. Must have 2-3 years experience in most of the following areas: Painting, replacing ceiling tiles, drywall repair, light plumbing, light carpentry, and Identifying general issues that need preventive maintenance. Responsibilities * Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities * Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work * Coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize downtime * Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations * Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed * This is not a janitorial or grounds keeping position.
