Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations: Oversee the day-to‑day activities of the antenna engineering technician team to ensure smooth, efficient workflow execution.
• Drive Accountability: Lead teams to execute against corporate objectives establishing, tracking and reporting on team KPIs.
• Resource Management: Effectively assign and manage engineering technician resources supporting NPR, ECR, NCMR, RMA, and QA requests.
• Mentorship & Growth: Provide coaching, training, and guidance on antenna design methodologies to elevate the team’s collective skill set.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in existing workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives to build highly effective, standardized procedures and templates.
