As an Associate within the Workforce Center of Excellence , you will support transformation of workforce planning and analytics capabilities by partnering with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. You will help enhance and maintain capacity planning solutions supporting Home Lending and Operations teams, translating needs into well-defined Jira epics/stories and supporting delivery across data, application, and reporting layers.
You will contribute to the transformation and modernization of our forecasting environment by understanding the existing landscape, diving into the pain points and delivering target state solutions.
