The Assistant Manager - HR Analytics plays a crucial role in supporting the HR analytics, reporting, and automation agenda to meet the needs of the Real Estate HR function and broader business objectives. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Finance, and Department Heads, to enhance manpower cost planning, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making processes. It requires building and maintaining HR reporting systems, designing user‑friendly dashboards, and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to executive reporting and group‑level analytics initiatives, ensuring insights are timely and impactful.
