Job Description
Essentials (Must‑Have)
- Strong Python + Selenium experience (automation, bots, scheduling, error handling)
- SQL proficiency; solid data modeling (master vs transactional, audits)
- Experience building and owning internal systems / lightweight ERP (not just reporting)
- Backend framework (Flask / FastAPI / Django) + basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong MIS ownership and data accuracy mindset
- Good understanding of contact center ops & KPIs (AHT, SLA, occupancy, QA, incentives)
- Builder mindset with end‑to‑end ownership
Good to Have
- Power BI / Tableau
- Advanced Pandas / Excel
- REST API integrations, multi‑system data normalization
- Prior experience with WFM / QA / LMS / incentive systems
