In this role, you will:
Lead the creation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of business results to senior management and other stakeholders within the Insurance team including Sales, Distribution, Finance, Actuarial Development of KPI packages/dashboards including Executive Reporting to meet the needs of the business.Champion the adoption of AI and agentic AI to transform reporting, analytics, and process automation, contributing to the broader modernization agenda.Work closely with incumbent’s Sr. manager and other business partners to provide timely and actionable insights on business performance vs. plan and/or other benchmarks.Building data pipelines as well as automate data extraction process into a usable format which involves transforming and cleaning data as well as loading of this final data, and develop MIS & Reporting of results of the Insurance Business by leveraging databases and ...
