Job Description
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Total Rewards APAC, located in Manila, Philippines. The Analyst, Total Rewards APAC delivers administration, and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the Asia‑Pacific region. This role partners closely with regional Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to support the design and ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The role offers strong exposure to regional projects, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME
- Support the administration and analysis of compensation and benefits programs across APAC markets
