Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of key systems (CAO, FIM, ISP/POS, Kronos) across all applicable banners.
• Properly analyze data and field questions from DOs and MROs on existing systems and tools.
• Share knowledge with team members to maximize overall team effectiveness in supporting change and usage of key systems.
• Ensure optimal customer service standards in the team call center by fielding questions related to reports issued by the team.
