Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and strategic developments relevant to the company’s business areas.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities by conducting preliminary feasibility assessments, including market sizing, benchmarking, and high-level risk analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, business cases, and valuation analyses for organic initiatives, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of strategic presentations, reports, and materials for management and leadership discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for deal processes, such as preparing or reviewing data rooms, preparing investment memos, and collaborating with external advisers as applicable.
