Position Summary
The Retail Application Support Analyst will have a technical background with Retail POS as well as ERP systems
Important Non‐Negotiable Considerations
The job is ON‐SITE in Polanco for at least the first 3 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid work model.
A minimum of 80% proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
Responsibilities
Understand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to Point of Sale front
Participate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects
Gather and document business requirements, processes changes and workflows
Integrate and implement new processes and solutions into existing system landscape
Support formal testing conducted by the business for system modifications and fixes
