Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who will help drive effective coordination and scheduling for main panel upgrade disconnect/reconnect operations. Our team relies on this position to support seamless communication with customers and stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to established project procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work using dedicated systems and documentation processes.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and follow-through for service needs.
  • Monitor CPUC timelines and prioritize the project backlog to maintain regulatory compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to documented MPU procedures, upholding accuracy in all records and project steps.
