Job Description
Responsibilities
- Working as a part of the project team. Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project managers.
- Research, analysis, develop, implement, customization of the application, deployment of complete software solutions for the banking and financial system.
- Provide onsite/offsite technical support for our customers. Problem-solving abilities, perform bug fixes.
- Assisting in software functionality and technical testing.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Keep the system up and running whenever incidents raised by clients within SLAs defined Requirements.
