• Accountability for the integrity of pricing data in the ERP system.
• Work with Sales, Vendors, and Customers to ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of customer pricing.
• Handle and resolve pricing issues escalated by Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Vendors, or Customers accurately and timely.
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
• Analyze gross profit, identify misses, and determine corrective action.
• Analyze rebate discrepancy reports and reconcile payments with vendors.
