Job Description
To drive process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, develop automation solutions, analyze performance data and KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities that make our business smarter
- Provide data-driven insights that guide business decisions at scale
- Develop process automations to boost efficiency
- Design smart solutions utilizing LLM / ML models in collaboration with the AI department in CoE
- Support development and maintenance of data pipelines and analytics solutions (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Excel/Power Query)
- Analyze KPIs, operational data, and performance trends to drive measurable impact
