Summary:The overall role is to ensure supply of materials to meet production plans & sales plans taking into consideration contracts, batch sizes, inventory policies and storage capacity. The scope includes procurement of raw materials of assigned categories for a group of plants.
The material planner will also lead the relationship Management activities with their suppliers, as they relate to operational or tactical processes.
