What this entails:
β Support IFS in executing advisory mandates for renewable energy companies and projects in primarily Sub-Saharan Africa, but also in Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
β Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β Supporting the identiο¬cation and screening of advisory opportunities.
β Reviewing financing options to support growth strategies.
β Contribute to advice on optimal capital structures.
β Preparing pitch books and presentations.
β Creating, reviewing and analyzing financial models.
β Contributing to the (project) management of the transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs and leading due diligence processes.
β Working closely with our investment team to build cross- service line relationships with our clients.
