What’s the role?
As a Client Service Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting a portfolio of institutional clients by delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships. Based in Perth, you'll be the key point of contact for client enquiries, helping customers navigate their products and services while ensuring their needs are met quickly and effectively.
You'll work closely with Client Service Managers, Relationship Managers and a range of internal teams to provide end-to-end support across the client lifecycle. Whether you're responding to enquiries, coordinating solutions, managing documentation reviews or resolving more complex issues, you'll be focused on creating a seamless experience for customers.
