Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT asset lifecycle from ordering to disposal
- Deploy PCs and manage virtual machine imaging
- Track software licenses and compliance with vendor agreements
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate asset records
- Assist with asset service requests using management tools
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related IT field
- At least 3 years of customer service IT experience
- ITIL 4 Certification preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools and asset management techniques
- Ability to lift equipment up to 30lbs
