Job Description
As an Analyst - Compensation, you will support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs through market analysis, job evaluation, pay data analysis, and consultation. You will partner with Human Resources to provide data-driven recommendations that support competitive, equitable, and compliant pay decisions across base pay and incentive programs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts job evaluations and market-pricing analyses for existing and proposed roles, and develops recommendations based on internal equity, external competitiveness, job architecture, and FLSA considerations.
+ Participates in compensation benchmarking activities, analyzes survey data and internal pay data, and prepares insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions.
+ Advises Human Resources partners and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and geographic differentials.
