Position Purpose
The Analyst translates complex operational and financial data into strategic insights, acting as a direct partner to senior leadership to drive global business decisions.
Principal Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)- Data & Analytics: Spot trends across workforce, operations, and business performance. Turn complex data into actionable clarity for leadership.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and optimize performance dashboards and reports that actively drive business decisions.
- Executive Presentation: Create clear, narrative-driven PowerPoint presentations and storyboards for C‑suite and executive reviews.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner directly with HR, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to flag risks and uncover opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Use cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate workflows and support projects that shape how the company scales globally.
