Job Description
The Analyst Benefits Operations & Financial Analytics plays a critical role in the Consumer Propositions team by driving data-driven insights and operational excellence across our cardholder benefit programs. This role's primary purpose is to drive the end-to-end cost and performance reporting for all benefit categories including lounge concierge insurance dining and any new benefits. The role will also support lounge benefit vendor management (ensuring high service standards and implementing improvements). By partnering closely with Finance and other cross-functional teams this analyst will ensure that our benefits are delivered efficiently, measured rigorously and aligned with Visa's consumer value proposition (CVP) objectives and financial goals.
