Job Overview

At ALS, you will oversee and follow up on import processes for maritime, air, and courier cargo, ensuring compliance with customs deadlines, regulations, and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import and export operations (maritime, air, courier) from origin to final destination.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and current legal requirements.
• Review customs duty settlements submitted by freight agents for registration and payment.
• Coordinate freight, tax, and associated logistics service payments.
• Resolve operational incidents (delays, capacity, customs observations, etc.).
• Manage DAM numbering and the nationalization process of goods.
• Create tracking and management reports.
• Define KPIs to measure performance.
