Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert:

  • Should have strong functional experience: - years in HCM Cloud
  • Must Have: Talent & Recruiting
  • Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
  • Conduct requirement discussions and also interact with Customer effectively.
  • Able to perform detailed analysis of the issue and communicate with Customers effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.
  • Good experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
  • Good experience working on Requirements, Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing.
  • Understanding of Offshore – Onsite Delivery model is an advantage.
  • Though not a complete Technical – should be able to query the data for analysis/debug.
