As a key asset to the Amrize team, you will oversee all aspects of electrical maintenance for both safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include leading preventive maintenance initiatives and managing projects effectively to maintain optimal operation across plant installations. You will play a pivotal role in budget management and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement key maintenance programs
• Manage daily maintenance and major shutdown activities
• Analyze spare parts needs using FMEA
• Ensure timely corrective actions to reduce downtime
• Mentor team members on electrical skills and practices
