Job Description
- Monitor and manage AMI systems including Head End System (HES), Meter Data Management (MDM), and communication networks.
- Ensure continuous and seamless communication between smart meters and central systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AMI system issues related to connectivity, data flow, and performance.
- Perform first-level diagnosis of communication failures and network performance issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to higher support levels or vendors as per procedures.
- Analyze AMI operational data and generate system performance insights and reports.
- Coordinate with IT, metering, telecom, and field teams to ensure system reliability.
